  • Facilitator at Brighton ADHD Support Group for four years, offering guidance, aid, and leadership to a community of neurodiverse individuals.
  • Holder of a Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in understanding and supporting individuals on a personal and psychological level.
  • Currently studying towards a Profesional ADHD Coaching Diploma from the ADHD Foundation, further expanding expertise in providing goal-focused, transformative guidance to clients.
