Transform Your ADHD with Expert Guidance from Someone Who Truly Understands

Are you ready to break free from the frustration of ADHD and unlock your true potential?

Hi, I'm Jack

With over 15 years of experience supporting neurodiverse communities, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people with ADHD thrive. I founded ADHD Aware, the Brighton ADHD Support Group, and Neurodiversity UK to support people like you. My long-term work with neurodiverse individuals has given me unique insights into what truly works.

I’m not just a coach—I’m neurodivergent too! Living with ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, sensory processing disorder, PTSD, and traits of autism, I bring my personal experience into everything I do. My passion is helping people embrace their neurodiversity and find the strengths within it.

ADHD Can Feel Overwhelming, But It Doesn’t Have To

Many of the people I work with struggle with:

Feeling stuck: Paralysed by indecision, unsure of how to move forward.

Productivity challenges: Struggling with prioritisation, procrastination, or time blindness.

Managing emotions: Feeling overwhelmed by strong emotions or rejection-sensitive dysphoria.

Burnout: Maladaptive coping strategies, like being hard on yourself, leading to burnout.

Avoiding tasks: Procrastination causing task anxiety and stress.

Accountability: Setting goals but struggling to stay on track.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

How My ADHD Coaching Can Help You

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, my coaching programme meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build a strong relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Here’s how we’ll work together:

  1. Meet you where you are: I’ll tailor my approach to your unique situation.
  2. Increase self-awareness: Understand how your ADHD impacts you—both strengths and challenges.
  3. Develop practical strategies: Create solutions for procrastination, emotional regulation, and productivity.
  4. Shift your mindset: Replace maladaptive coping strategies and beliefs, and learn to harness ADHD.

Why My ADHD Coaching Approach Works

Unlike traditional life coaching, my ADHD coaching integrates:

  • Expert information to help you better understand how ADHD works in your brain.
  • Counselling skills offering a person-centred approach, with emotional support.
  • ADHD-specific CBT to tackle unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

Each ADHD journey is unique. Together, we’ll find solutions that work for you.

Client Success Stories

"The coaching has helped me so much. I've been able to stop bad habits that I've had my whole life. I don't beat myself up as much anymore. I see my ADHD in a way more positive light now."

— Sarah, Brighton.
